Ulyanov, Ivan Ivanovich (24.10.1884 – 04.13.1946), a member of the revolutionary movement in Russia. A member of the Communist Party since 1907. Born in with. Grachev Bush, now Pugachev district of Saratov region., In a peasant family. Conducted party work in Uralsk, Saratov, and others were arrested. In July 1917 the chairman of the Council of Soldiers' Deputies in Kozlov (Michurinsk). Delegate 2-Russia Congress of Soviets, was elected a member of the Central Executive Committee. In 1918, he worked in the Military Division of the All-Chairman of the Bureau of prisoners at the Central Executive Committee, member of the Central Board for the prisoners and refugees. In 1919, the Chairman of the Ural oblrevkoma, Pugachev Revolutionary Committee, one of the initiators of the formation of the Red Army of the working Cossacks (see VI Lenin, Collected Works, Vol. Coll. Op., 5 ed., V. 50, pp. 352). In 1919 – 1921 Secretary and member of the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee Cossack. In February – March 1920 Secretary of the All-Russian Congress of Labour Cossacks. Done much to bring the Cossacks to the Soviet authorities. From 1921 to administrative work.
