Tapilskaya Power Stepanovich (1817 – 15.12.1873) – Fr, writer and collector of news stories on the clergy, was born in the village wrestler Sapozhkovskogo district, Ryazan province, the son of the sexton, he studied at the Ryazan Ecclesiastical Seminary at the end of the course which, as one of the the best students, was sent in 1839 to the St. Petersburg Theological Academy. Academy T. graduated with master's degree Theological Studies, and January 31, 1845 has been retained by the Academy of bachelors in the class St. writings, which he taught until 1847, after leaving the Academy. September 20, 1846 he was ordained to the priesthood and the church determined to Mary Magdalene at the Mariinsky Institute, which was, and scribes. In May 1849, T. moved to a parish priest in the Church of Holy Virgin Protection, 14 January 1860 he was appointed rector of the church and a member of the St. Petersburg Consistory, and on 5 September of that year, effected at the Fr. In December 1860 moved was archpriest of St. Nicholas Cathedral of the Epiphany Sea. Served as a member of the Petersburg Committee of the consistory and a senior member of the committee and the chairperson of the almshouse for widows and orphans of the clergy. TV worked and wrote mainly on the history of the Petersburg clergy, most of his works remained unpublished. They printed "Help Index Cathedrals and churches and the Diocese of St. Petersburg took place with their clergy and congregations," and the "Historical and statistical information on the Diocese of St. Petersburg" (Issue II) placed his "Description of the Marine Epiphany St. Nicholas Cathedral. The archives of the Synod are stored in the manuscript following his work and his collection of materials: "Notes on St. Scriptures", lectures delivered at the St. Petersburg Theological Academy, "Conversations katehizicheskie, speaking to them in 1851," St. Petersburg cathedrals, churches and the clergy " (a few chords and bindings); "Things Related to Ryazan diocese, in which there are ancient charters, treaties, ordinances, decrees of different times – with a copy of data, the history of the St. Petersburg diocese.
