Stsepura Franzevich Stepan (1826 – 1881) – State Councilor, a doctor of the Minsk nobility (Roman Catholic), gone to school in Slutsk, then at the Medical Faculty of Kharkov University, where he remained from 1845 until 1850, when, and earned a doctor, but the degree Doctor of Medicine – in 1860, served as a military physician in the Caucasus since the issuance of the University until 1880, during the Russian-Turkish war of 1877 – 1878.
