Peterson, Alexei Nikolayevich (09 (21) .03.1851 – 12.03.1919), Russian revolutionary. " Son of a sergeant. In the early 70's. worked as a mechanic at the munitions plant in St. Petersburg. Since 1871 led revolutionary propaganda among the workers. In March 1874 arrest. After his release in 1876 was involved in the workers' circles, was one of the organizers of the Northern Union of Russian Workers. " In February 1878 he was arrested, spent his exile in the Arkhangelsk region, after escaping and being arrested – in Yakutia. In 1886 he returned from exile, conducted revolutionary propaganda in various cities of Russia. In 1900 joined the Socialist Revolutionaries. After 1900 was subjected to imprisonment and exile.
