Shishkov, Aleksandr Vasilyevich (03 (15) .11.1883 – 07.08.1920), participant in the revolutionary movement in Russia. A member of the Communist Party since 1904. He was born in a working class family. External student passed the exam for the title of the schoolteacher. During the Revolution 1905 – 1907 led the party work among the railway workers of Moscow, in 1908 a member of the Moscow Committee RSDLP, then worked in Sebastopol, H. Novgorod (Gorky). Shishkov was repeatedly arrested, since 1914 in exile. In 1917 the party struggle for the establishment of Soviet power in Tomsk province. In 1918 the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs of the RSFSR, Chairman of the Vladimir regional executive committee. Since 1919 member of the All-Ukrainian Central Executive Committee, member of Revolutionary Tribunal Ukraine, deputy chairman of All-Ukrainian Cheka, the chairman of Vladimir, Tomsk provincial Cheka, the head of the Military Department Sibrevkoma.
