Biography Barlaam PALITSYNA

Barlaam Palitsyn – bursar Chudova monastery. He wrote: "The Siege of Kiev the Tartars", "On three princes" and "Synopsis of Russian history from 859 until 1562, with the application of treaties X century." All his writings are in manuscript in the Imperial Public Library and the Moscow Society for the History and Antiquities. MM
